Where We Began
Blue Goose Farm was founded in 2020 by Matty Matheson and Keenan McVey, bringing together decades of culinary experience and a passion for high quality foods. It's now operated by Ashley McVey, Keenan McVey, and a small team of dedicated farmers.
"My grandfather owned and operated Blue Goose Restaurant in PEI and I remember, whenever I would visit, my grandfather would always make sure to show us what he had growing in his personal garden in the back. This has always been a strong memory in my mind and Iām happy we are able to pay tribute in the namesake."
