For us, Blue Goose has always been more of an idea than just a farm. We believe so deeply that sharing the values of slow food, intentional living, simple cooking and regenerative farming are at the core of what we do.
We are dedicated to tending this land, aiming to live sustainably with purposeful work and make a meaningful contribution through food and community. Our small-scale operation is a collaboration between chefs and friends who have seamlessly woven their expertise into a tapestry of sustainable farm to table practices.
With each season we are growing and learning the ways a regenerative practice can sustain us. Through this labour of care and love, we provide fresh organic produce to top restaurants and serve the local community directly through our farm shop in Ridgeway, Ontario.
